Luke’s enthusiasm to be on camera was created during his years of working with teenagers and parents through the Reach Foundation in Melbourne. This helped Luke develop some impressive interviewing/facilitating skills that are hard to find. Mentoring from AFL legend Jim Stynes and film director Paul Currie gave Luke the ability to run workshops and facilitate people in front of crowds of 30 to 1000. It was in front of these crowds that Luke really began to hone his presenting talents, making him as comfortable on screen as he is live.
Luke’s roles have been varied. For several years now he’s been the online face of Mazda Australia, hosting stories from around the country with content designed to bring Mazda’s latest news to its Australian audience.
He also worked as part of the GPTV teams at the Formula One Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, producing, scripting and presenting colour stories to be played on the big screens around the circuits at each event and also live hosting and coverage during the events.
Always looking for the next adventure, Luke has travelled the world, enjoys SCUBA diving, health & fitness and riding his motorbikes whenever possible. Easy to work with, positive and driven, Luke is the all-round presenter package no matter what story he is telling.
