Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Kiwi Fruit
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp Alkalising formula
- Coconut Water
- Handful Spinach

Ingredients
- Almond Milk
- Cacao
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Coconut Oil
- Honey
- Peanut Butter
Directions
- Add Peanut Butter, Honey and Coconut Oil into the saucepan and heat up and stir until the mixture is smooth
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add Almond Milk, Cacao, Vanilla Protein Powder and mix well
- Roll into balls of your desired size
- Allow them to set in the fridge for 1 hour before eating

Salted Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 cup ice
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Directions
- Place milk, yoghurt, date, ice, protein powder and salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and stir through chia seeds to serve.
