Ingredients

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Kiwi Fruit

1/2 Lemon Juice

1 Banana

2 tsp Alkalising formula

Coconut Water

Handful Spinach

Ingredients

Almond Milk

Cacao

Vanilla Protein Powder

Coconut Oil

Honey

Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Add Peanut Butter, Honey and Coconut Oil into the saucepan and heat up and stir until the mixture is smooth
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add Almond Milk, Cacao, Vanilla Protein Powder and mix well
  3. Roll into balls of your desired size
  4. Allow them to set in the fridge for 1 hour before eating

 

Tiffany Hall: Salted Caramel Smotthie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbs natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Place milk, yoghurt, date, ice, protein powder and salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and stir through chia seeds to serve.
